Booking Conditions
1. A booking fee must be paid to confirm all provisional bookings.
2. Booking fees will be credited against green fees due in respect of all visitors playing. Booking fees paid in respect of visitors who do not take up their reservation or who cancel less than three months before the dat of the reservation will not be credited or refunded.
3. Green fees must be paid in full before play commences. Payment can be made by cash, sterling travellers' cheques and most credit cards are accepted. UK personal cheques are accepted with a valid banker's card. Foreign cheques and currency are not accepted. Credit only with prior written agreement.
4. Handicaps: Visitors wishing to play No. 1 must provide evidence of handicap with a maximum for gentleman of 24 and for ladies of 30.
5. Visitors playing No. 1 may use the Members Clubhouse. Visitors playing No. 2 and No. 3 are welcome to use the Visitors Clubhouse.
6. Dress Rules: Visitors are expected to wear smart casual dress. Sleeveless shirts, football/rugby shirts, running shorts and denim jeans are strictly forbidden. Mock neck shirts are permitted. Tailored shorts and short socks are also permitted.
7. The R & A Rules of Golf plus published local rules should be observed.
8. No alcohol is permitted to be drunk on the course. Anyone found in possession of alcohol on the course will be required to leave the course.
9. Liability: Visitors, their vehicles and equipment are on Club property at their own risk. The Club has no liability. The Club has the right to refuse entry or to require a visitor to leave at its absolute discretion.

All data collected will be processed for limited and clearly declared purposes. We never collect or retain personal data unless it is strictly necessary for our purposes. When collecting personal data, we always inform You who we are, what personal data we are collecting, processing and storing, and for what purpose. We do this before You are invited to give us any information.
Marketing Purposes
If we need extra information for marketing purposes this is always made clear and the provision of the information is always optional. We only use personal data for marketing purposes where You have 'opted in' for Your information to be used in this way: such as Newsletters, Bulletins or e-Marketing initiatives.
Opting Out
If, at a later stage, You ask us to stop using Your data for marketing purposes we will do so immediately.
Third Parties
We will only give out Your data to Third Parties, if you have expressly chosen to allow us to do this. In such an instance, we will always make clear who those Third Parties are. If, at a later stage, information is altered, we will notify the Third Parties to whom the original information was communicated.
Changes to Your Data
Upon Your request we will correct, change or delete inaccurate details. Data that is out of date or no longer required will also be deleted on request.
Deletion of Your Data
We will stop processing data if You object to it because the processing is causing damage or distress.
